Claire Kershaw steps in as CEO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector.
She has held senior leadership roles at Kier where she rose to regional operations director of residential and Willmott Dixon where Kershaw was a procurement director.
Joining her as COO is Vlad Nedelcu, who previously led PiLON before it was acquired by United Living Group last year.
Nedelcu built PiLON from the ground up and is credited with turning it into a well-respected player in the planned maintenance and compliance sector.
The appointments come as United Living sharpens its focus on growth in the property services space, following a period of rapid expansion.
The new leadership team will oversee a national portfolio of housing maintenance and retrofit contracts, with an emphasis on innovation and client service.
